I have just installed the Intelligent Mail filter for our Exchange 2003
server. Everythiing was done exactly to spec. I appears to be working
completely fine -- when I specifuy a rating and reject, it blocks the email
completely (if it contains certain content). BUT, any email that is of
relevence, it shoots to the Outlook junk folder. I have modified the
settings from 1 to 9 and every time it sends it to the junk folder. Any
suggestions as to why this is happening?

Thanks,

Dave

Have you restarted the information store since you did the install?

I hadn't restarted the Information Store. It appears to be working now.
Thank you very much for your quick reply.

Yeah, it's in the release notes, but doesn't come up in big flashing text
when you enable the IMF.
